Human Fabric was founded by Jenny Turner in 2024 to provide consulting services for organisations, teams, and individuals, in neurodiversity, innovation, and team leadership and management.
In her over two decades of experience, in NZ and abroad, Jenny experienced some wonderful teams and highly effective leadership styles, but also organisations and teams with challenges. With lived experience of neurodiversity, she also recognized the need for a better understanding of neurodivergent people in the workplace, to more consistently harness people's strengths and foster diversity of thought and creative thinking.
Combining her rich career experience with an MBA and extensive reading on leadership, management, organisational development, psychology, and neurodiversity, Jenny has a clear vision for the future of work and fostering high performance. Human Fabric was created to share these insights, to help clients to more consistently create the environment for their whole team to thrive.
