ADHD & AuDHD Coaching

Bex is an ADHD and AuDHD coach who helps people move from breakdown to breakthrough by embracing who they are and developing strategies that work for their brains. With more than 18 years in corporate environments, including senior roles in sales, she understands the pressures of high-performance workplaces.

Diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, Bex knows the mix of relief, grief, and discovery that comes with finally having a name for your experiences. Her own journey taught her the power of three things she now centres in her coaching:

  • Self-awareness: noticing the signals our brains and bodies send us.
  • Self-validation: honouring those needs without shame or apology.
  • Self-advocacy: finding the courage to speak up, set boundaries, and ask for what helps us thrive.

As an accredited ADHD coach, Bex combines practical strategies with authenticity, humour, and hope. She believes that neurodivergence isn’t something to fix - it’s a different wiring that brings unique perspectives, creativity, and resilience.

Bex works with clients of all ages and backgrounds: from late-diagnosed adults re-authoring their story, to professionals juggling executive function demands, to young people seeking to understand themselves and what they need. Her coaching creates a safe, affirming space where you can understand your patterns, reclaim your strengths, and design systems that fit your brain

What Bex’s clients say

“Bex has a way of asking the kind of challenging questions that really make you stop and think. They helped me see patterns I’d never noticed before, get some real insights on what I’m telling myself, and figure out what I might need to do differently.”

“She helped me reframe my ADHD as a strength, not something broken. I walked away with both practical tools and real self-belief.”

Neurodiversity Consulting

Alongside her coaching practice, Bex is a passionate neurodiversity consultant and workplace advocate. With more than 18 years in corporate environments—including senior sales leadership roles—she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her consulting work.

At Air New Zealand Cargo, Bex has been a visible advocate for neurodivergent employees, using her platform to challenge stigma, share her own story, and promote inclusion across the organisation. She has spoken candidly about the realities of ADHD and AuDHD in professional settings, sparking meaningful conversations about psychological safety, authenticity, and the value of different ways of thinking.

Her consulting focuses on education, awareness, and practical strategies for leaders and teams to better understand and support neurodivergent colleagues. Bex’s style is authentic, relatable, and inspiring—she meets people where they are, invites open dialogue, and equips organisations to harness the strengths of neurodiverse talent while reducing barriers to thriving at work.
