What Bex’s clients say
“Bex has a way of asking the kind of challenging questions that really make you stop and think. They helped me see patterns I’d never noticed before, get some real insights on what I’m telling myself, and figure out what I might need to do differently.”
“She helped me reframe my ADHD as a strength, not something broken. I walked away with both practical tools and real self-belief.”
Bex is an ADHD and AuDHD-informed coach who supports people to better understand themselves, reduce unnecessary friction, and build ways of working that support both wellbeing and performance.
With more than 18 years in corporate and operational environments, including senior sales and commercial roles, Bex understands the realities of high-pressure workplaces, competing demands, unclear expectations, and the invisible cognitive load many neurodivergent people carry every day.
Diagnosed with AuDHD in adulthood, Bex brings both lived experience and professional training into her work. She understands the mix of relief, grief, self-discovery, and re-evaluation that can come with finally understanding your brain through a neurodivergent lens. Her coaching explores the intersection between:
-
Neurodivergence
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Workplace systems and ways of working
-
Psychological safety
-
Sustainable performance
-
Self-advocacy and identity
Her coaching style is practical, affirming, curious, and human. Clients often describe feeling both deeply understood and gently challenged. Bex combines coaching frameworks, systems thinking, humour, and reflective questioning to help clients better understand not just how their brains work, but how their environments impact their capacity to thrive.
Rather than trying to “fix” neurodivergence, Bex helps clients identify their patterns, understand their needs, recognise their strengths, and design systems that work with their brains instead of against them. Bex works with clients across a wide range of experiences, including:
-
Late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or neurodivergent-curious adults re-authoring their story
-
Professionals navigating overwhelm, burnout, and executive function demands
-
Engineers, operational and technical professionals working in cognitively demanding environments
-
Young people building self-understanding and confidence
-
Leaders wanting to better support neurodivergent team members
Because lasting change rarely comes from forcing ourselves harder. It comes from understanding ourselves more clearly.
