Neurodiversity Coaching

Think differently. Thrive authentically.

Many of the people who come to us are bright, capable, and driven. They’ve built careers, families, and full lives — but underneath, they’re exhausted. They’ve spent years pushing harder, masking more, trying to fit into systems that were never designed for their kind of brain.

If that sounds familiar, coaching can help you stop fighting yourself and start understanding how you actually work best. We help you find clarity, build confidence, and develop strategies that fit your real life — not somebody else’s idea of success.

About coaching

Coaching is a practical, forward-focused partnership.

It’s a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to change.

Each session is guided by you. Together, we look at patterns, habits, and challenges through a neurodiversity lens so that the solutions make sense for how your brain operates.

This is not about theory or quick fixes. It’s about creating lasting shifts in how you think, plan, and manage your energy — so you can move from constant coping to sustainable thriving.

Meet the Human Fabric coaches

You can read about each of our coaches below and choose the one who feels right for you.

All Human Fabric coaches are internationally trained in ADHD and neurodiversity coaching, and each brings professional experience from fields like leadership, consulting, science, and public service.

Importantly, we are all neurodivergent too - we understand both the science and the lived experience of being neurodivergent. e know what it’s like to navigate the world with a different kind of wiring — to mask, to over-perform, to feel misunderstood.

That perspective shapes how we work: practical, empathetic, and grounded.

How sessions work

We generally meet our clients online via video call.

Every session starts with what you want to focus on — a challenge, a habit, a recurring frustration. We unpack what’s driving it, look at patterns, and develop approaches that match how your brain and your environment actually operate.

We sometimes also bring up useful models or frameworks that can help to provide a different lens to guide your thinking. Anything used is shared with you as a PDF for reference afterwards too.

You leave each session with insight, clarity, and a few simple tools or experiments to apply before we meet again. But - don't worry - there's no homework as such!

This process builds momentum over time, helping you make changes that last.
