Coaching is a practical, forward-focused partnership.

It’s a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to change.

Each session is guided by you. Together, we look at patterns, habits, and challenges through a neurodiversity lens so that the solutions make sense for how your brain operates.

This is not about theory or quick fixes. It’s about creating lasting shifts in how you think, plan, and manage your energy — so you can move from constant coping to sustainable thriving.

All Human Fabric coaches are internationally trained in ADHD and neurodiversity coaching, and each brings professional experience from their varied careers.

Importantly, we are neurodivergent too - we understand both the science and the lived experience of being neurodivergent. We know what it’s like to navigate the world with a different kind of wiring — to mask, to over-perform, to feel misunderstood.

That perspective shapes how we work: practical, empathetic, and grounded.

How sessions work

We generally meet our clients online via video call.

Every session starts with what you want to focus on — a challenge, a habit, a recurring frustration. We unpack what’s driving it, look at patterns, and develop approaches that match how your brain and your environment actually operate.

We sometimes also bring up useful models or frameworks that can help to provide a different lens to guide your thinking. Anything used is shared with you as a PDF for reference afterwards too.

You leave each session with insight, clarity, and a few simple tools or experiments to apply before we meet again. But - don't worry - there's no homework as such!

This process builds momentum over time, helping you make changes that last.

With your permission, we can provide AI-generated session notes. We also provide copies of helpful models, links, or tools to support your learning.

Simple scheduling and payment

Book and manage sessions online. Pay by card or we can invoice your organisation.

Coaching pricing & booking

For clients who are funding their own coaching

Our coaching rates for individuals are $225.00 incl. GST for a 60-min session, including a post-session email with any models we shared, and AI-generated session notes (if you opt for these). We recommend 6 sessions, but there's no commitment - you can book and pay by credit card as you go.

We also offer 30-min follow-up sessions for $140.00 incl. GST, which can be used for accountability, planning sessions, or checking in after an initial series of 60-min sessions.

For clients whose coaching is funded by their organisation

If we've already got an agreement for coaching with your organisation, and you've been approved for funded coaching by them, you can book direct with your coach below and your organisation will be invoiced for the session.
