Kayla is a neurodiversity coach with a refreshingly direct, authentic, and affirming style. She draws from a powerful combination of lived experience, coaching training, and a high-pressure career in construction project management – where she navigated undiagnosed ADHD and autism in a fast-paced, male-dominated industry for over a decade.
Burnout became a catalyst for change – and since then, Kayla has retrained in health coaching, counselling skills, suicide prevention, and neurodiversity-specific frameworks. She now helps other neurodivergent adults rebuild their lives and careers with honesty, self-compassion, and clarity.
Kayla is known for “cutting through the fluff” while still being incredibly warm and real. Her coaching supports clients to unmask, untangle patterns that no longer serve them, and create systems that support both performance and wellbeing. She works particularly well with people who’ve felt like they’ve had to “power through” for too long – and are ready for a different way.
Clients appreciate her humour, directness, and deep understanding of what it means to live and work in a world not built for your brain. Whether you’re recovering from burnout, navigating a new diagnosis, or just trying to stay afloat, Kayla’s coaching can help you shift from surviving to thriving.
