Understanding Adult ADHD
An informative, practical, and engaging online 2.5-hour course, providing an empowering introduction to ADHD for late-diagnosed adults, their loved ones, and the ADHD-curious.
Overwhelmed? We're here to help
Many adults discover they have ADHD later in life, which can bring both relief and overwhelm. Between endless online information, conflicting advice, and those ironically hard-to-read books on ADHD, it can be hard to know where to start.
The diagnosis process can leave people feeling pretty broken, and the medical system generally does not provide the knowledge or skills required to thrive. Initial disclosures can leave people feeling vulnerable due to the lack of information and social stigma about ADHD that persists in society today.
This course is here to fill the gap in the information and strategies you need, but haven't been able to access. It provides a comprehensive, understandable, and supportive entry point for anyone looking to truly understand adult ADHD and how to thrive with it - or how to support others to thrive.

What the course covers
In this interactive course, we'll equip you with the key pieces of knowledge you need to understand adult ADHD:
- The science behind ADHD: how it affects focus, memory, emotional regulation, time management, and more
- Personal stories and shared experiences that help bring theory into real life
- ADHD strengths and how to work with your unique brain wiring
- The evolving societal understanding of ADHD and neurodivergent thinking
- Tools and strategies grounded in research by leading experts such as Dr. Russell Barkley and Dr. Edward Hallowell

Testimonials
John Ray, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Hato Hone St John
"The webinar was very practical and very informative. It gave people opportunities at all level of understanding of the topic, to engage and learn about ADHD. As a presenter, Jenny is relatable and personable, which made engaging with the webinar very easy
The Reframing ADHD at Work webinar opened up the conversation and made people see how many others have ADHD in the workplace and that it is ok to talk about it openly. For the organisation, the Reframing ADHD at Work webinar added weight to our mahi around creating a place where everyone belongs and people can bring their whole selves to work without fear of judgement or discrimination
Having Jenny come along to speak is a golden key to getting your people engaged in the topic of neurodiversity. The information is well researched, presented in an engaging way and can be amended to suit your particular situation."

I just watched a recording of your webinar from earlier in the week and wanted to say how much I enjoyed it. It was great to hear about your very relatable personal story and also some practical tips. I also liked the way you built in time for personal reflection for the attendees.
