Jenny is the founder and lead consultant for Human Fabric’s neurodiversity and organisational development services. She brings over 20 years of experience in professional services, including senior leadership roles at Beca Group, where she spearheaded major business improvement projects, developed organisational capability, and led change initiatives across an APAC workforce of 4,000.

Jenny’s expertise spans business strategy, ways of working, operational efficiency, innovation, change management, leadership, team science, and neurodiversity at work. She has successfully led projects to align business processes with organisational goals, improve employee experience, foster high-performing teams, and create a strong leadership culture.

As a leadership and neurodiversity coach, Jenny works with individuals, teams, and organisations to unlock their strengths and navigate challenges. Drawing on her lived experience as a successful business leader with ADHD, and her role as a parent of neurodivergent children, she brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her work, helping neurodivergent individuals thrive and organisations create inclusive environments that drive innovation and belonging.

With an MBA and advanced certifications in Agile, project management, and change leadership, Jenny combines strategic expertise with a human-centered approach. Her exceptional communication skills and ability to quickly get to the heart of challenges make her a sought-after workshop facilitator, trusted advisor, and highly effective coach.

At Human Fabric, Jenny is committed to creating workplaces where people and organisations can both thrive by embracing diversity, fostering modern ways of working, and unlocking the full potential of every individual.
