Rosie Hixon is an experienced consultant with a unique blend of expertise in organisational psychology, project leadership, and mechanical engineering. With over 12 years in project management and engineering roles, including leadership positions at WSP New Zealand, Rosie brings a practical, systems-focused perspective to her work in organisational development and workplace inclusion.

Currently completing her MSc in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Canterbury, Rosie is deeply passionate about designing workplaces where people, teams, and businesses thrive. Her expertise spans leadership development, employee engagement, workplace wellbeing, change management, and the creation of neuroinclusive environments.

At Human Fabric, Rosie combines her technical background with evidence-based psychology practices to help organisations navigate change, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster high-performing, inclusive teams. She works collaboratively with clients to implement tailored, practical solutions that align strategy with culture and unlock the strengths of diverse thinking styles.
